The Venkys took control of the Lancashire club in 2010 and have since been through 5 managers who most have lasted no more than a year in charge.After sacking Sam Allardyce in 2010,they appointed Steve Kean who had a stressful,unpleasant time as manager and resigned 18 months later due to the stress.His replacement was Norwegian Henning Berg who was sacked after 57 days.
Michael Appleton then took the reigns.Form slowly improved and the Rovers slowly became survival candidates.However,despite knocking Arsenal out of the FA Cup,Appleton was sacked two months later by the Venkys,claiming he 'had never met them at all'.

The former Rotherham player retired aged 26 due to a knew injury but has since worked at Blackburn as youth coach,reserve team manager and caretaker.He flew out to India in June 2013 to meet the Venkys and was given a 12-month-contract.
ONE TO WATCH-JORDAN RHODES
The son of goalkeeper Andy,Jordan Rhodes undoubtedly has been on of the best strikers in England to play outside of the top flight.
Although he is 23,Rhodes excelled at Huddersfield and was League One Player of The Season twice and finished top scorer as well.At Blackburn,he has scored 27 times in 45 games since joining last year.He has also been capped for Scotland.
