DICKOV PRAISES LATICS BOSS JOHNSON

Paul Dickov has told BBC Manchester about the praise he is heaping on Lee Johnson,the man who replaced him at Oldham.

Dickov left Oldham in March 2013 due to poor form.His resignation came just six days after beating Liverpool in the FA Cup.

Johnson,aged 31 at the time,was appointed his successor.His father Gary is notably the manager of Championship first timers Yeovil Town.

Dickov was appointed Oldham manager in 2010 and lasted three years at Boundary Park before leaving.Johnson got 15 points from 10 games to keep Oldham up last season.
