His team's next games are against Sheffield Wednesday,Burnley and Leicester and he wants to see a forceful approach.
"The fixtures show that our next four matches will be hard undoubtedly but with the right attitude and belief from the lads,we can compete",says Dickov.
"Two of the sides are already in the promotion spots and look good,so that to me suggests they have worked harder than us and are better prepared mentally."
