The forward, who joined from Derby this summer, equalised in the game when Mark Duffy's free kick rebounded to his feet.
"The score didn't give an accurate view of the game and although the gaffer did say we looked jaded in the first half,so we changed the tactics a little bit,"Theo told the official club website.
"I was sent on the field to create more attack and it paid off when I scored.Even at 2-1 down we looked better and had some belief."
Theo also spoke about international duty with Jamaica in their World Cup Qualifiers.
"We didn't qualify for next year but I enjoyed playing in the game against the USA,where I was a winger.I also started against Honduras. The lads in the changing room joked about our failure a bit but the international expierence was a key part to developing me as a better player."
