TRANSFER UPDATE:TAMAS SIGNS,STRIKER NEWS

Doncaster have successfully completed a deal to sign Romanian defender Gabriel Tamas on a six-month deal from Steuta Bucharest.

Tamas,30,has played in six countries,including two spells in his homeland,and notably had a loan spell at West Brom.His drunken antics at training saw him out.

Tamas was born in Moldova but qualifies for Romania through his father,who served for Nicolae Ceaușescu as a government official during the communist era.

Elsewhere,Hull's German striker Nick Proschwitz has spoken to the management about a potential move.He has been at Hull since the summer of 2012.
