THREE SET TO DEPART

James Husband,Richie Wellens and long-serving midfielder James Coppinger are set to leave Doncaster Rovers, according to BBC Sheffield.

Husband,20,has been at the club since he was a teenager and was a regular last season on the wing and in defence occasionally. He is rumoured to be joining Middlesbrough.

Wellens,in his second spell at Doncaster, has told BBC Radio Sheffield that his future at Doncaster was 'uncontrollable' and he couldn't carry on playing.

Coppinger has been a Doncaster player since signing from Exeter City in 2004.He made his 400th appearance for the club in April and spent ten years in red and white. The club legend,33,had been offered a new deal two weeks ago by his manager but the collapse of the Tomlinson/Ryan takeover has caused this to falter.

Recently,Coppinger admitted how his career as a Doncaster player was 'all but over.'

Doncaster haven't signed any players with two weeks until the new season. However, should James Husband join Middlesbrough,Curtis Main will head in the opposite direction.
