DONCASTER SIGN STRIKER TYSON

Doncaster Rovers have successfully completed a deal to sign free agent striker Nathan Tyson on a one-year deal following a trial period.

The former Nottingham Forest man,32,had been at the club for a fortnight training with the first team ever since he left Blackpool in July.

Tyson previously has notably played for Nottingham Forest,where he played over 150 games over three years before moving to rivals Derby County.He signed for Blackpool in 2012 but only made 10 appearances due to injuries.

After departing Blackpool in the summer,he trialled at Doncaster and played the full match against Sheffield Wednesday.
