QUINN DEPARTS DONCASTER ROVERS

Paul Quinn has decided to leave Doncaster Rovers by mutual consent, with Birmingham City looking highly likely to sign him.

Should Lee Clark's side choose to snap him up on a contract,he will join Mark Duffy and David Cotterill. The midfielders both left Doncaster for Birmingham earlier this month.

Scottish defender Quinn,29,joined Doncaster from Cardiff City in 2012 for the new League One campaign.

He scored twice for the club in over fifty appearances at the Keepmoat and told the club website he was "gutted but wanted to make the correct choice on his future."
