WELLENS PLEASED TO WIN AT HOME

Richie Wellens has expressed his joy at Doncaster's first home victory of the 2014/15 campaign against local rivals Chesterfield.

The midfielder has also spoken of his future playing at the Keepmoat.

"We've been feeling the pressure a little bit by the manager in training because he wanted this win badly,"the 34-year old said.

"We are a good side who can cope with the demands of the league well;we have the players and staff to do that."

Wellens also mentioned how he has no real certainty over his future as a player at Doncaster.

"I don't know where I'll go."

"If an offer comes, chances are I will accept if it means I move away from League One.It's no disrespect towards the club but it'd be the right thing for me."
